Joseph Jones Jr., retired United States Air Force, 77, of Platteville, passed away on Sept. 17 at home.

Memorial services were at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 22 at the Melby Funeral Home and Crematory in Platteville. Military rites were accorded by American Legion Post #42 and VFW Post #5274. Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va. Visitation was from 10 a.m. until the time of services on Tuesday at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the Joseph Jones Jr. Memorial Fund. Ann S. Eckert, 85, of Port Charlotte, Florida, died on Monday, April 7, 2025, at Advent Hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida.

There will be a graveside service on Aug. 2, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. for family and friends at Hill Crest Cemetery, Montfort, Wisconsin, followed by lunch and visitation at the Cottonwood Supper Club, 4716 Green River Road, Fennimore, Wisconsin.
