    Joseph “Joe” V. Crubel, 57, Bloomington, passed away suddenly of a pulmonary embolism on Monday, Dec. 8, 2014, at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.

    A memorial service was held Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomington with Father John Meinholz officiating. Burial was in Blake’s Prairie Cemetery, Bloomington. A visitation was held on Friday, Dec. 12 from 4 until 8 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church where a 3:45 p.m. scripture service was held. Due to Joe’s generous and caring nature, a scholarship fund will be established in his name. Martin Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Bloomington assisted the family. Ann S. Eckert, 85, of Port Charlotte, Florida, died on Monday, April 7, 2025, at Advent Hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida.

There will be a graveside service on Aug. 2, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. for family and friends at Hill Crest Cemetery, Montfort, Wisconsin, followed by lunch and visitation at the Cottonwood Supper Club, 4716 Green River Road, Fennimore, Wisconsin.
