Judith “Judy” Elizabeth (Roellig) Denison, 88, joined her Heavenly Father and husband on Thursday, November 23, 2023.

She was the only child of Grace Virginia (Hadley) and George Jay Roellig born on May 26, 1935, in La Crosse Wisconsin. Judy graduated with the class of 1953 from Central High School in LaCrosse.  She married the love of her life, Donald H. “Stub” Denison, on January 16, 1954, in a small ceremony in Soldiers Grove Wisconsin.

Per Judy’s request there will be no services.  A sharing time of memories may be planned at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family request any monetary donations be given to the Coon Valley Fire and Rescue, The Coon Valley Lutheran Church, and the Bethel Butikk Food Pantry and Thrift Shop in memory of Judy.

The family of Judy would like to extend a heartfelt “thank you” to Tri-State EMS, Coon Valley First Responders, Vernon Memorial Healthcare E.R. and hospital staff, Aveanna Home Health, and Norseland Nursing Home for their professional care and comforting support during Judy’s illness and final hours.  A special thank you to Diane and Tom who were always there to help in any way 24/7.  Jan, Eric, Kris, and Tony whom were such a tremendous help in the 2018 flood.  Pauline for all her beautiful flowers over the years.  They always brightened Judy’s days.  Your loyal support and kindness and love has meant the world to Judy and her family.  May God Bless You All!
