Judith “Judy” Fay Gilbertson, 59, Fennimore, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at AgraceHospice in Madison surrounded by her family and many friends. A memorial service to celebrate Judy’s life will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26 at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Fennimore. A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Saturday morning. Burial of cremated remains will be held at a later date. Throughout Judy’s battle and being given so much, she was very adamant that in lieu of plants, flowers, and memorials please “pay it forward to someone in need.” The Larson Family Funeral Home of Fennimore is assisting the family.
