Kay Ann Messling (Groom), 78, Montfort, passed away peacefully on Dec. 19, 2025, after a courageous 2 1/2 year battle with leukemia.

A Celebration of Life for Kay will be held Saturday, Jan. 17 at the Hollow Bar & Grill, 102 W. Main St., Montfort, WI, from 12 to 4 p.m. Food will be provided. In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations in Kay’s memory may be made to the Iowa-Grant Education Foundation (Iowa-Grant Excellence in Education Endowment Fund), reflecting her lifelong dedication to learning.
