Kenneth Floyd Dowling passed away on February 8, at his group home in Prairie du Chien. Kenny was born in Boscobel on September 11, 1963, to Floyd and Florence Betty Dowling. He was a member of the Community of Christ church where at Christmas time he would sign Silent Night as the congregation sang, sharing his gift while reminding all of us the reason for the season. He is now off riding with Batman and singing with the angels.

There will be a visitation on Sunday, February 16, at the Community of Christ Church, 43983 County Road X, Soldiers Grove, from 1 to 3 p.m. followed by a celebration of life at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be given to the Opportunity Center in Prairie du Chien in his memory.
