On Monday, January 28, 2019, LeRoy McKittrick peacefully passed away after stoking the wood stove and enjoying a Diet Pepsi and a bowl of ice cream in his favorite chair. He was a kind, gentle soul who was loved by many.

LeRoy’s life was celebrated on Friday, February 1, 2019 with a visitation from 3 to 7 p.m. and a short service at 7 p.m. at the Sime Funeral Home. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the McKittrick family. 

The Sime Funeral Home in Readstown assisted the family with arrangements.

Carol Ann Maag, 77, Boscobel, passed on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Boscobel Care and Rehabilitation.

A funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 2, 2025, at Immanuel Marion U.C.C. in Marion Township, Grant County, with burial in the Bethel Cemetery in Hickory Grove Township.
