Louise Ann Ebert, 83, of Platteville, formerly of Santa Rosa, Calif., died on Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Southwest Health Center Hospital, Platteville.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 15, 2015 at the United Methodist Church, Platteville.  Rev. Brenda Whitford will officiate.  Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the church.
