Lucy May Draginis has been loved and cherished from the moment we learned we were pregnant.

A celebration of life will be held at Hope Church, 11893 John F. Kennedy Road, Dubuque, Iowa, at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2025. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the celebration of life. All are welcome. A lunch will follow. Please feel free to wear bright colors.
