Lucy Troia, age 94, Madison/Muscoda, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, March 1, 2026. She was born on May 22, 1931, on a dairy farm in Muscoda, Wis., to Helen and Otto Bomkamp. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 5313 Flad Ave., Madison, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Burial was at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation was held at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass on Wednesday.The family would like to thank the staff at All Saints Assisted Living for their compassionate care and love they gave Lucy in her final years. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Lucy’s memory to St. Vincent de Paul Madison or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
