Lyle G. Baker, 89, Platteville, died Tuesday, July 1, 2025.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 9, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville.  Pastor Mary Ann Floerke will officiate.  Burial will be at the Whig Cemetery, rural Platteville.  Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.  Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com.
