Margaret “Maggie” Ann Peterson, age 79, Montfort, passed away with her family by her side on Saturday February 7, 2026, at St Mary’s Hospital in Madison. She was born on August 24, 1946, the daughter of Russell and Vera (Russell) Wachter. A “Celebration of Life” will be held at a later date. The Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore is assisting the family and online condolences may be made at www.larsonfuneralhomes.com
