Mary Eileen Mullen, 101, of Oregon, formerly of Shullsburg, passed away peacefully at Oregon Manor in Oregon, on Thursday, April 18, 2013. Eileen was born on March 23, 1912 in rural Shullsburg, to James Idris and Mary “Mae” Eliza (Tippett) Palfrey. Services were at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 22 at the Centenary United Methodist Church in Shullsburg, with Pastor Dan Verdegan officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery, Shullsburg.
