Nicholas B. Bierman, 80, Stoughton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at his home surrounded by his family after many years of heart problems.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Stoughton, with Fr. Randy Budnar officiating. Burial, will full military honors, will take place in St. Ann Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to a luncheon following the burial at the Stoughton American Legion Post 59. Friends may greet the family from 9 a.m. until the time of services on Wednesday at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Agrace HospiceCare, St. Ann’s Catholic Church or Stoughton Veterans Memorial Park.

CASSVILLE - John Okey, a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and lifelong carpenter, passed away on May 3, 2025, surrounded by those who loved him. He was 61 years young.  A celebration of John's life will be held this Friday, May 9th, 2025, at J&J Sandbar from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor John's memory by taking a moment to enjoy the outdoors, share a meal with someone you love, or simply sit in the fresh air and reflect. Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Cassville is assisting the family.
