Nicholas “Nick” L. Cushman, 85, of Belmont, died on Saturday, June 5 at his home, with his family by his side.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 10 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville. Pastor Pam Strakeljahn will officiate. Burial will be at the Belmont Cemetery. Friends may call from 4–7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory or from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
