Norbert “Bob” Klar, 94 of Highland, passed away peacefully on Sept. 18.

A Mass of Christian burial was held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 22 at Ss. Anthony & Philip Catholic Church in Highland. Burial in St. Anthony Cemetery followed. Visitation was held from 5–7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 21 at Ss. Anthony & Philip Catholic Church. Additional visitation was at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass on Friday. The McGuire-Peterson-Houck Funeral Home is serving the family. Online condolences may be made at www.houckfuneralhomes.com. In lieu of flowers, memorials to one of Bob’s favorite organizations, Vets Roll Organization of Wisconsin (vetsroll.org/donate) or the Highland VFW, are greatly appreciated.
