Norval Grant Allbaugh Sr., age 82, of Bloom City, Wis., passed away on Friday, Sept. 4, 2015, at the Richland Center (Wis.) hospital. Previous to this he was a patient at Pine Valley Health Center for two years.
Norval was cremated. There will be a memorial service for Norval on Saturday, Sept. 19, at 2 p.m. at Bloom City United Methodist Church, with Pastor Barbara Miller officiating. There will be a luncheon following the service, in the church basement.
