Patricia A. “Pat” Collins, 78, Bagley, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2016, at Good Samaritan Society-Fennimore with her loving family by her side.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomington with Father John Meinholz officiating. Burial was in St. Lawrence O’Toole Cemetery, Mt. Hope. A Celebration of Life was on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the church basement with a 4:45 p.m. parish rosary. A Patricia A.
