Patricia “Pat” M. Kohl, 72, of Lancaster, formerly of Platteville rode off in the sunset Sunday, April 13, 2025 after a long battle with heart disease and Diabetes.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 3 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. Dr. Craig Hancock will officiate. A visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of the service. Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com.
