Paul Eugene Thalmann, 52 of Fennimore, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Dec. 10, at the U.W. Hospital in Madison.

Memorial services will be held at noon on Saturday, Dec. 17, at the Fennimore United Methodist Church in Fennimore, with burial of the cremated remains at a later date in the Prairie Cemetery in Fennimore. Rev. Duane Andrus will be officiating. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service at the church on Saturday morning. The Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore is assisting the family.

CASSVILLE - John Okey, a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and lifelong carpenter, passed away on May 3, 2025, surrounded by those who loved him. He was 61 years young.  A celebration of John's life will be held this Friday, May 9th, 2025, at J&J Sandbar from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor John's memory by taking a moment to enjoy the outdoors, share a meal with someone you love, or simply sit in the fresh air and reflect. Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Cassville is assisting the family.
