Penny Laine “Pennel” Starkey, age 54, Boscobel, formerly of Fennimore, passed away on Friday, July 5, 2024, at her residence in Boscobel.  A Celebration of Life in memory of Penny Starkey will be held from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at Kim’s Silver Dollar in Boscobel.  The Larson Family Funeral Home of Fennimore is assisting the family.  Online condolences may be made at www.larsonfuneralhomes.com
