Phillip Charles Gilbank was born April 2, 1941, in Richland Center, Wisconsin, the son of Harry and Lorraine Gilbank.

Phil passed away on April 22, 2025, at the age of 84. 

Funeral services will be held at a later date in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
