Phylis Marie Curkeet, 93, of Madison, passed away on Friday, Nov. 26 at Agrace HospiceCare.

A funeral service was held at Gunderson Fitchburg Funeral and Cremation Care, 2950 Chapel Valley Road, Fitchburg, at noon on Friday, Dec. 3. Burial was held at Sunset Memory Gardens.
