Phyllis M. Foley, 91, of Eastman, WI, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026, at home with family. She was born on April 15, 1934, to Paul and Tekla (Spalla) DuCharme. She married Pat Foley on September 17, 1951, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Eastman.

She raised 9 children and later worked as a cook at Seneca Schools from 1976 to 1998. Phyllis enjoyed being with her family, sewing, traveling, reading, and playing Scrabble.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 11 a.m. at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel in Prairie du Chien, Fr. Thomas Huff officiating, with burial in the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Cemetery in Seneca, WI. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Gays Mills Food Pantry in Gays Mills, WI or the Coulee Cap Food Pantry in Prairie du Chien.
