Phyllis JoAnn Kelbel, 89, of Richland Center died Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at Our House in Richland Center. 

Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Pratt Memorial Chapel with burial followed in the Richland Center Cemetery.
