Richard Arlen Crogan, 88, of Gays Mills passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at his home. He was a man who was strong in his faith. He was born on August 14, 1937, the son of Alvin and Dora (Hagen) Crogan.

He graduated from Gays Mills High School in 1956. While in high school he was proud to have been a member of the baseball team that went to state back when there were no divisions – playing schools of all sizes. A proud member of “The Kickapoo Kids.”

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 26, 2026 at Utica Lutheran Church, Mt. Sterling, WI.  Burial will follow in the Utica Lutheran Church cemetery.   Visitation will be on Monday, January 26, 2026 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
