Robert “Bob” W. Hale, 81, of Platteville, died Friday, Aug. 1, 2025 at his home.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Friday, Aug. 8, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville.  Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Platteville, where military rites will be accorded by American Legion Post 42 and VFW Post 5274.  Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home on Friday.  Immediately following the burial there will a meal at the VFW, Platteville.  Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com.
