BLOOMINGTON - Robert LeRoy Parkins, age 96, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, March 29, 2026. Visitation for Family & Friends - Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 9:30 am - 11:30 am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 535 Congress Street Bloomington, WI 53804. The funeral mass will follow at 12 noon at St. Mary’s Church in Bloomington. The Bloomington American Legion will conduct Military Honors at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery following the mass.
