Rodney Charles Garvey, 53, was welcomed into the kingdom of heaven on Saturday, July 20, at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison, after an extended illness. He was surrounded by friends and family.
A memorial service will be on July 27, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Wausau. Visitation is from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service at noon. The family asked those attending to wear Packer attire. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Rod Garvey Memorial Fund at People’s State Bank.
