Roger Allen Quamme, age 83, of Viroqua/Soldiers Grove, WI, and currently a resident of Lakeview Health Center in West Salem, WI, went to be with his heavenly father on Sunday, August 13, 2023. He was born in Yankeetown, WI (rural Soldiers Grove) on June 3, 1940, the son of Clarence and Ruth Quamme.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 18, 2023, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Soldiers Grove. Pastor Carrie Anderson will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Roger will be laid to rest at Forest Hill Cemetery in Soldiers Grove. Online Condolences may be expressed at www.vossfh.com.

Marilyn Jean Myers Ellis, 85, most recently of St. Cloud, MN passed away peacefully on May 27, 2025 at the St. Cloud Hospital. A celebration of life for Marilyn will take place at First Lutheran Church in Hinckley, MN on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.  Marilyn asked that family and friends wear bright colors in remembrance of her love for flowers.  Burial will take place at the Lutheran Memorial Cemetery in Hinckley following the service, with a luncheon afterwards at the church.Marilyn loved her family and friends and will be deeply missed.  Our thanks to those who provided care and support in her last few weeks.
