Ronald D. Frye, age 80, of Mt. Hope, passed away on Wednesday morning May 20, 2020 at the Divine Rehabilitation & Nursing after many years of declining health. He was born on September 9, 1939 in Richland Center the son of Earl and Maxine (Larson) Frye. 

In keeping with the executive order prohibiting gatherings, there will be no memorial service held at this time. After restrictions are lifted from the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will plan a public celebration of Ron’s life to be announced at a later date. The Larson Family Funeral Home of Fennimore is assisting the family and memorials may be mail here at 925 10th St. Fennimore, WI or online condolences may be made at www.larsonfuneralhomes.com

Robert "Bob" E. McGinley, 90, passed away peacefully in the early morning of May 16, 2025.

 Born in Boscobel, Wisconsin on August 30, 1934, Bob was the son of the late Joseph and Florence (Fleming) McGinley. He graduated from Gays Mills High School in 1952 and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Security Agency during the Korean Conflict.  He moved to Kenosha in the 1950s. He spent his career working for both Kenosha County and the Kenosha County Abstract Company. Bob retired from the Kenosha County Assessor's Office in 1995.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Friedl, Dr. Knight, and the compassionate staff at the Cancer Center in Kenosha. A very special thank you goes to Hospice Alliance and to the loving staff at Library Terrace Assisted Living whose tender care and kindness provided comfort to Bob and his family.

A visitation for Bob will be held on Friday May 23, 2025 from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church, 2224 30th Ave.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church. Interment with full military honors will follow in All Saints Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to St. Peter Catholic Church, 2224 30th Ave, Kenosha. WI 53144 would be appreciated.
