Rosemary Catherine (Gehrt) Sharrow, 90 of Shullsburg, was called home to live with God on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011. Born in the town of Monticello on March 21, 1921, the daughter of Karl and Nora (Schwebke) Gehrt, Rosemary would later become a wonderful big sister to her two brothers. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011, at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church with Father Bosco officiating. A time of family sharing will be held at 10:30 a.m., also at the church. Burial will be at St. Matthew’s Cemetery in Shullsburg with Military Graveside Rites to be accorded by McCann - Richards American Legion Post No. 105 of Shullsburg. A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at St. Matthew’s. Full obituary in the December 8, 2011 issue of the Republican Journal.
