Sandra “Sandy” Sharon (Foster) Miller, 83, Waupun, died unexpectedly and peacefully on July 11, 2024. She was born on Nov. 9, 1940 in Sheboygan. A Celebration of Life was held at the Rock Golf Club, Waupun on Saturday, Nov. 30 at 12 noon. Contributions may be made that will be donated in Sandy’s name to the Waupun Area Animal Shelter.
