Sara M. Triggs, age 44, of Middleton and formerly of Richland Center, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at AGRACE Hospice Care in Fitchburg following an extended battle of Triple Negative Breast Cancer.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s the Assumption Catholic Church in Richland Center. Fr. Nathan Kuhn will officiate with burial in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at the Stafford Funeral Home in Richland Center from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. and on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to GRACE (Greater Richland Area Cancer Elimination).
