Vernon Charles Carter passed away peacefully on April 20, 2025, at Pine Valley Community Village.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, at the Pratt Memorial Chapel from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Vernon’s name may be directed to Pine Valley Community Village or Schmitt Woodland Hills.
