Virginia M. Evans, 89 of Warren, Ill. passed away Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Lafayette Manor in Darlington. Virginia was born on March 23, 1924 in Woodford, the daughter of Alfred (Skinny) and Jenny (Miller) Douglas.
Visitation was on Wednesday, March 26 at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren, Ill. from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Services were on Wednesday, March 26 at noon at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren with Pastor Donna Hoffman officiating. Burial was held at the Elmwood Cemetery. A memorial has been established in her name.
The family wishes to thank the staff of the Lafayette Manor for the wonderful care of Mother for the short time she resided at the facility.
