Virginia L. Weigel, 82, Platteville, died on Thursday, Feb. 18 at Orchard Manor in Lancaster.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville.  Rev. Jeff Pedersen will officiate. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Platteville. Visitation will be from 4–7 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home and after 10 a.m.  on Thursday until the time of the services. Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com.

POTOSI - Richard “Rick” E. Sedbrook, age 67, of Potosi Wisconsin, died on Sunday May 25, 2025, surrounded by his family.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster with Pastor Lance Wetter officiating.  Family and friends may visit on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.  Following the service, everyone is invited to the Lancaster United Methodist Church for food and fellowship.
