Wayne Arthur Piper, 82, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 6 at his home with loved ones at his side. Funeral services for Wayne will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Seneca. Fr. Zacharie Beya will officiate with burial in the church cemetery where military graveside rites will be conducetd. Friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral at 11 a.m. The Stafford Funeral Home in Richland Center is assisting the family with arrangements.
