Wayne W. Perry passed peacefully at home on November 4, 2025. 

A Memorial Service for Wayne will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Nitardy Funeral Home in Fort Atkinson beginning at 3 p.m. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until the time of the service.
