Willard W. Scheil, 82, Platteville, died on Wednesday, June 17 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 20 at First English Lutheran Church in Platteville. Rev. Mike Short officiated. Burial was at Greenwood Cemetery in Platteville, where military rites were accorded by American Legion Post #42 and VFW Post #5274. Visitation was from 4–8 p.m. on Friday at the Melby Funeral Home and Crematory in Platteville and from 1 p.m. until the time of the services on Saturday at the church.
