William J. “Bill” Raisbeck, age 88, of Cobb, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011 at Upland Hills Health, following a long illness.  Funeral services were held at 11a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7 at the Edmund Free Evangelical Church with Pastor Doug Tremelling officiating. Burial with military honors was in the Dodge Cemetery near Bloomington at 1:30 p.m. The Lulloff-Peterson-Houck Funeral Home in Dodgeville assisted the family.
