HOUSTON — A pair of Tri-State Homeschool track and field athletes recently returned from the AAU Junior Olympics in Houston.
Ruah Franzmann-Simmert medaled in both of her 17–18-year-old age division events.

SUPPZ.COM SWNEWS4U ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Cassville/Potosi's Brielle FishnickCassville/Potosi sophomore Brielle Fishnick won the girls’ 100-meter-dash with a time of 12.54 seconds, breaking both the school and the conference meet record. The Cassville phenom went on to also win the girls 200 meters in 26.61 seconds, the long jump with a mark of 17’3.5" and the triple jump with a leap of 36’6.5" to finish the day with a meet-best 40 team points. Fishnick established both school and conference meet records in the long jump and triple jump, along with the 100-meter dash.May 30, 2025
