A son, Jonathan Eugene Hergert, was born at 7:51 a.m. and a daughter, Mary Lynn Frances Hergert, was born at 7:53 a.m. on December 7, 2015, at The Richland Hospital to Amy and Travis Hergert of Bear Valley. He weighed 6 lbs. 7 oz. and was 18 1/2 inches long; she weighed 5 lbs. 7 oz. and was 17 ½ inches long. Grandparents are Frances Shepherd, Sextonville, and Rick and Fran Hergert, Rockton, Ill., and a great-grandmother is Frances Guerin, South Beloit, Ill. The father is a lab technician and the mother is a physical therapist.
