John and Joanna Richter announce the birth of their son, Andrew Joseph Richter, at 9:22 a.m. on Thursday, July 10 at Southwest Health.
Andrew weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 19 inches long. He joins two brothers, Brian, 8, and Luke, 4.
Andrew’s father is a teacher in the Platteville School District. His mother is in wealth advisory services at Dubuque Bank & Trust.

A daughter, Emery Jean Kenefick, was born at 1:38 a.m. on May 26, 2024, at The Richland Hospital to Austin and Whitney Kenefick. She weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21.5 inches long. She joins a sister, Harper, 3 years old. Grandparents are Mary and Todd Kenefick of Richland Center, Jeanna and Jerry Jones of Soldiers Grove, Cliff Copus and Mayann Merriman of Mount Zion. Great-grandparent is Dona Kenefick of Sun Prairie. The father is a grinder at Scot Industries and the mother is health unit clerk at Richland Hospital.
