Derek and Lauren Furrer, Platteville, announce the birth of their son, Calum James Furrer, at 1:53 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 4 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Calum weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 21 inches long. He joins a brother, Treyton, 9. He also joins two sisters, Halle, 5, and Emrey, 18 months.
Grandparents are Shirley Hale, Dubuque, Kathy Martin, Platteville, and Tom Furrer, Fennimore.
Great-grandparents are Duane and Nellie Furrer, Grand Island, Fla., and Zena and Ted Gratton, Lancaster.
Calum’s father is a general manager Ubersox/Chrysler and his mother is a stay-at-home mom.
