Daniel and Miracle Finn, Dubuque, announce the birth of their daughter, Felicity Linda Finn, at 2:45 a.m. on  Thursday, April 3 at Finley Hospital in Dubuque.
Felicity weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 inches long. She joins five brothers, Landen Finn, 3, Aden Besch Finn, 5, Anjel Manriquez, 12, Cadence Manriquez, 6, and Justice Manriquez, 4. She also joins two sisters, Harmony Manriquez, 11, and Liberty Manriquez, 10.
Grandparents are Nancy and Mike VanMilligen and Linda Brown.
