Abby and Jesse Leib, Dubuque, Iowa, are the parents of a daughter, Tyler Lynn Leib, born on Aug. 31, 2012, at Finley Hospital in Dubuque. She weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 19 3/4 inches long. She joins two sisters, Sierra, 13, and Bailey, 3, and a brother, Gage, 2.
