Kyle and Brenda Rafac, Benton, announce the birth of their daughter, Lydia Eliza Rafac, at 7:38 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 4 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Lydia weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Dave and Linda Versperman, Lancaster, Laurie and Tim Plamann, Appleton, and John Rafac, New London.
Great-grandparents are Ardis Hillard, Appleton, and Florence Rafac, Chicago, Ill.

A daughter, Emery Jean Kenefick, was born at 1:38 a.m. on May 26, 2024, at The Richland Hospital to Austin and Whitney Kenefick. She weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21.5 inches long. She joins a sister, Harper, 3 years old. Grandparents are Mary and Todd Kenefick of Richland Center, Jeanna and Jerry Jones of Soldiers Grove, Cliff Copus and Mayann Merriman of Mount Zion. Great-grandparent is Dona Kenefick of Sun Prairie. The father is a grinder at Scot Industries and the mother is health unit clerk at Richland Hospital.
