Tommy Notter and Jennifer Salathe, Shullsburg, announce the birth of their  daughter, Raelynn Grace Notter, at 3:22 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Raelynn weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21 inches long. She joins a brother, Brantley Notter, 4.
Grandparents are Mark and Bernadine Salathe, and Josh and Deb Notter, all of Darlington, and John and Dawn Gobrecht, Shullsburg.
Great-grandparents are Grace Salathe, Darlington, and Rich and Janet Harker, Shullsburg.
Raelynn’s father is a farmer and her mother is a cosmetologist.
