Brandon Wilwert and Billie Jo Stark of East Dubuque, Ill. are the parents of a son, Ryker Steven Wilwert, born Jan. 26, 2014 at Monroe Clinic in Monroe. He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 inches long. Ryker joins four siblings: Ava, 6, Mia, 8, Parker, 8, and Keiden, 9.
